How do I sign up for an Unlimited Membership?
You can join the Radiant Club online or at any of our 11 Florida locations. Our team will be happy to help you get started, or you can sign up instantly at our kiosk using your license plate.
How often can I wash my car as a member?
Every single day! Members can enjoy one wash per day—perfect for Florida’s unpredictable weather.
When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed monthly on the same day you signed up—simple and easy.
How do I cancel my membership?
No hard feelings—we make it easy to cancel online or in person at any Radiant Express Car Wash location. Just be sure to cancel at least 3 days before your renewal date.
What if I get a new car or license plate?
Update your plate online anytime under “Manage My Membership,” or visit us in person and we’ll get it sorted.
Do you accept cash?
We’re a card-only operation for all services and memberships. We currently do not accept Apple Pay or Google Pay for monthly memberships.
Are the vacuums free?
Absolutely. Every wash includes free access to vacuums, towels, window cleaner, air guns, and mat cleaners at all locations.
Do you close for rain or bad weather?
We may temporarily close during extreme weather (like lightning, heavy storms, or freezing conditions) to keep our guests and team safe. Be sure to check your local location’s status before stopping by.
What vehicles can’t go through the tunnel?
We welcome most cars, SUVs, and standard trucks. However, vehicles with trailers, large ladder racks, heavy rust, or aftermarket parts may not be compatible with our system. Max height is 7 feet (84 inches).
What is Graphene Xtreme, and why should I upgrade?
Our Graphene Xtreme top wash delivers superior shine, hydrophobic protection, and long-lasting durability. It’s the ultimate clean for those who want their car to turn heads—available in our Radiant package.
Do you offer gift cards or wash books?
Yes! We offer Wash Books in sets of 2, 5, or 10 washes, and gift cards for any amount. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anyone who loves a clean car.
